•Configuration - We'll set up the system with our software, and any other required software and drivers, and test the system.

•Installation - We'll install the system on-site, route wires, set up receivers, and test all components.

•Training - We'll train your personnel at your site hands-on.

•Support - We won't leave you hanging. You can fill out a bug report or feature request from our system and email that to us, or file your report online. Of course at any time you can call our support hotline for a real person.

•Product Updates - With or without an extended service contract, we'll fix any bugs for the life of the product. We may also be offering updated features from time to time. We'll keep you updated in our user group.
