The Package

HANDeBase is the server software that runs your system. This is a necessary component of the HANDePOS products. From this you can add any number of HANDeClient stations for key places, like kitchen, bar, and hostess center. Each HANDeClient is configured to display only the views you define, pertinent to each station. We'll help you determine just how many HANDeClient stations you'll need!

Flexibility

Almost everything is configurable here. It's up to you to define what views you are interested in per station, and what access users have to the functionality. Check out what's under the hood and get ready for a load of options, STANDARD.

•Floor View - The main floor layout with all tables displaying a graphical status. Orders are keyed in here, as well as server table assignments. Table positions and information are configurable by the user and can be changed at any time, with the appropriate access level. Order entry displays our color-coded order entry screen with up to 440 different menu items totally configurable from HandeMenu.

•Kitchen View - Displays all orders bound for the kitchen. Configurable access for which stations have the ability to remove orders.

•Bar View - Displays all orders bound for the Bar originated from either the floor or the bar. Also displays the bar tables for order entry.

•Seating View - Designed for your hostess station, this view gives greeters a look at all the tables, how long customers have been seated, statuses, and the average time a table is occupied. The waiting list provides easy input for greeters and even displays the real-time average wait for a table! Reservations are also entered here in an easy to use persistant list.

•Users View - Here is your back office door, or control station. Close the sales for the night, view and print checks and credit card sales, submit credit card batches for processing. View labor costs and sales real-time to adjust your labor when you need to. Employee schedules are created, viewed, and printed from here. Employee's clock in and out with a press of the button. User accounts for employee information are created, and servers can cash out, printing their tally for an easy end to the night.
